Violin method book series other than Suzuki?

I'm starting to teach violin to students between the ages of 5-13. All of my students have tried the Suzuki method before they switched from their old teacher to me. I'm wondering if there are more effective or more enjoyable method books out there. I'm thinking of purchasing the Dalcroze method books but I'm not sure where to buy it.
