Next choice? Is it going to be ok?

So my friend came to me the other night and she said that, her boyfriend and her had sex and they used the withdrawl method, but might have ejaculated in her during the last day of her period. 15 minutes later they went and got the next choice morning after pill, but overall she is a nervous wreck and her boyfriend is freaking out as well. She had taken the second pill 12 hours later and vomited an hour after taking the second pill and has felt nausea now. Is this normal? Cause she is freaking out and I'm her support so idk what to say.
