Should I go with Tyranitar or Haxorus?

I am about to EV train a pokemon for attack, however I don't know who to chose, Haxorus has an impressive amount for attack, but so does Tyranitar, granted a little less attack, but has more balanced traits all round. Which on should I pick, plus my "Go To" team of three is Hydreigon, Ferrothorn, and Rhyperior or Emboar, but I'm thinking of changing them with either Haxorus or Tyranitar. But which one?
