Since the airplane that hit the Pentagon had the same amount of fuel, why didn't it burn furniture and books?

To me, it seems their was dynomite or some other explosive devise to help the towers fall. This seems obvious, but is hushed. I do think we got the people who did it (Islamic terrorists) but I also wouldn't be surprised if their were a very small number of cia types who were privy to it and chose to allow it or even helped plan it. All 9/11 victims have my sympathy.
