What do you think of an online degree?

Can anyone please tell me on what you think about an online degree. Will you hire someone who have an online degree? I've been doing some reasearch and came across Walden University and I have to say that this school is pretty impressive compare to others I've seen like University of Phoenix, AIU, ect. I am a stay home mom to a 6 month old baby and my husband works full time and has a hectic hours and putting my son at a day care is out of the question. I want to finish my schooling and get my Bachelor in Healthcare Management but going to a community college will take longer and I will only be able to go part time. So, I am really considering an online degree BUT I need to know if does it really matter where you get your degree from? Thanks in advance!
