Will Anonymous target U.S. government institutions?

if USA congress passess internet censorship bill. They are trying to take down some Turkish site to protest censorship in Turkey. That's why I was wondering if they had the ball to target Pentagon, CIA or any other U.S. governemt institutions as well to protest the internet censorship in the U.S.?
